Sitemaps — Questions & Answers
Do I need to update my sitemap manually?
No. When Auto-regenerate is enabled, the sitemap is automatically regenerated after each Edge Crawler run completes. This keeps your sitemap in sync without manual intervention.
Can I exclude certain pages from the sitemap?
Yes, you can use glob patterns to exclude specific paths (like /admin/* or /staging/*) from your generated sitemaps.
How are the sitemaps served?
Sitemaps are served directly from the edge gateway at the path you configure (e.g., /sitemap.xml). Your origin server doesn't need to generate or host them.
