# Recover blocked tracking. Send conversions server-side.

Serpwise Tracking combines first-party GTM and GA4 proxying, conversion definitions, ad-platform forwarding, event logs, live debugging, replay, and consent-aware delivery from the gateway request path.

01 · What it covers

## One product area for capture, conversion, and delivery.

Serpwise turns recommendations into prioritized fixes ready to deploy, so the work does not stop at another report.

01

### First-party script proxy

Rewrite GTM, GA4, analytics.js, and g/collect calls through your own domain. If Google tracking is missing, Serpwise can inject GA4 or GTM only where needed.

/sw-t/gtm.js /sw-t/gtag/js /sw-t/g/collect

02

### Conversion definitions

Define purchases, leads, add-to-cart events, page goals, and funnels from the dashboard using the same request conditions operators already understand.

Request conditions Value extraction Target routing

03

### Event log and debugger

Inspect platform responses, failures, dedupe decisions, consent-denied events, payload revisions, exports, and manual replay from one operator surface.

Live debugger Event replay Quality coverage

02 · How it works

## From request match to platform response.

01

### Capture first-party signals

Enable the script proxy or injection settings so Google tracking loads through your domain and the gateway sees request, cookie, bot, and attribution context.

02

### Define the conversion

Create a conversion definition with trigger conditions, event name, extraction rules, counting mode, priority, and target integrations.

03

### Forward with consent and dedupe

The gateway filters bots, checks consent, hashes PII, transforms payloads, deduplicates events, and forwards to each selected platform.

04

### Debug, replay, and improve

Use the Event Log and Live Debugger to inspect platform responses, replay failed rows, and improve match-quality coverage.

03 · What changes

## From fragile browser tags to observable edge delivery.

Product facts

## Built for delivery, debugging, and replay in one flow.

Serpwise Tracking runs in the gateway request path, so capture, bot filtering, consent, dedupe, forwarding, logs, and replay share one data model.

Why Serpwise is different

## From blocked tags to observable edge delivery.

Browser pixels

Hit by ad blockers, Safari ITP, script failures, and hidden browser-state issues.

GTM Server

Requires a container, cloud hosting, routing, consent logic, and ongoing maintenance.

Serpwise

Already runs in the request path and combines capture, forwarding, consent, logs, debugging, and replay.

04 · Common questions

## Before you switch on Tracking.

01 Is Tracking only server-side conversion forwarding? + -

No. Tracking covers first-party GTM and GA4 script proxying, Google tracking injection, server-side conversion definitions, ad-platform integrations, event logging, live debugging, replay, quality scoring, and the first-party AI attribution pixel.

02 Do I need to remove existing GTM or GA4? + -

No. The script proxy works with existing Google tags by rewriting known Google tracking URLs to first-party paths. If tracking is missing, Serpwise can inject GA4 or GTM with an only-if-missing guard.

03 How are conversions triggered? + -

Create conversion definitions from Tracking > Conversions. Each definition has request conditions, extraction settings, target integrations, event-name overrides, priority, and counting rules. Advanced users can still use the lower-level rule action.

04 What happens when a platform rejects an event? + -

Failures are persisted in the Event Log with the platform response and error message. Transport failures are retried by the gateway, and operators can replay failed rows manually after fixing credentials or payload data.
